Fun for the Kid in All of Us!
San Diego Kids' Party Rentals, Inc. (SDKPR) is owned by husband and wife, Greg and Cate Knight, as a means to provide a great experience for parents planning parties for their children and party/event planners who work on large corporate events, school carnivals, street festivals, and/or charity fundraisers -- as well as Fun for the Kid in All of Us!
Joining Greg and Cate is a great group of people who work together as the delivery and event staff, office managers, and entertainers. Most of our employees have worked with us for almost six years and we hope they'll be with us for many more!
Stuart Galloway-  Operations and Sales Manager
Stu first met Greg in 2008 and has been a vital part of SDKPR ever since.  After his first year on the delivery staff, he moved into a managerial role where he has overseen and contribuited to our immense growth over the past eight years.  Stu's strong leadership has earned him great respect from all employees as he's shown how to set goals, execute plans, and exceed expectations.  Today he holds the position as Operations and Sales Manager to plan and procure the continuing success and efficiency of SDKPR.  For fun, Stu has done a bit of traveling, making him conversational in a few different languages, so if you see him at your party feel free to strike up a conversation in English, Spanish, or Korean!
Jennifer Ellison-  Sales and Marketing Manager
Jennie has worked with SDKPR from close to the beginning of our existence.  She first started as a princess party entertainer and to date has performed at over 2,500 parties!  Shortly after hiring Jennie, she was also offered a job as part of our office team after impressing SDKPR with her customer service skills and professionalism.  Through her eight years at SDKPR, Jennie has greatly contributed to our company's growth and success.  She knows the office like the back of her hand and is now expanding our marketing presence.  A stellar entertainer, personable customer service rep, and passionate person-- if you've been a client with us, you're sure to have corresponded with Jennie.
Krista Jackson- Office Manager
Krista started working in the SDKPR office in September 2014 as a customer service rep answering phone calls and processing orders. Now, as Office Manager, she oversees all orders and customer correspondence, and keeps our event calendar up-to-date. Krista enjoys planning event with clients, but loves even more getting out to the events to watch them come to fruition. She has done some entertainment gigs and even tagged along on routes with the delivery staff. Also a high school coach, Krista loves our Sports Stadium and is sure you will too for your next team bonding activity!
John Johnson-  Entertainment Director
John, better known as "Looney Dooney", has worked in the entertainment business for many years and joined SDKPR in March 2015.  He has extensive experience working as a magician, stilt walker, variety entertainer, balloon artist, airbrush tattoo artist, and even as everybody's favorite clown- Ronald McDonald.  As our Entertainment Director, Dooney oversees all of our entertainment from training new entertainers to scheduling entertainers for events to enhancing the types of entertainment we offer.  Hire a magician for your next party and Dooney is sure to entertain your guests-  he can even make his live bunny appear out of nowhere!
Jessica Johnson-  Entertainment Manager
Having grown up in a family of clowns, Jess was very excited to join SDKPR's Entertainment Department in June 2015.  She loves the entertainment world and has hopes to run her own entertainment business one day.  Jess works in the office handling entertainment-related customer correspondence and schedules entertainers to appear at events.  Outside the office she assists in entertainer training and management, preps supplies like bubbles and Game Master kits, and maintains our costumes and costume room.  Jess loves making stencils for our Airbrush Tattoo Kits and even finds time to work at event as well.  Hire and Airbrush Tattoo Artist and maybe Jess can come put unicorn tats all over your guests to truly make it a one-of-a-kind party!
Alex Gillihan-  Delivery Manager
Alex started at SDKPR in 2009 on the delivery staff.  During his time, he has proven to be a strong member of our team and, in early 2015, moved into the role of Delivery Manager.  Now, in addition to making deliveries, he writes delivery schedules, pulls inflatables out of the racks, stages equipment to be loaded into trucks, and works a bit in the office.  He is a master forklift driver and loves operating the Eurobungy.  Next time you see him at your event ask him to juggle or beatbox- you're sure to be impressed!
Chad Nichols-  Delivery Manager
Chad's knowledge of automobiles and his ability to drive a truck and trailer first got him a job on our delivery staff in 2011.  He worked on and off making deliveries, hosting events, and even doing some entertaiment until late August 2015 when he came on as Delivery Manager.  Now he not only makes deliveries, but writes the schedule, oversees the delivery staff and leads trailer training for new drivers. Though he can still do airbrush tattoos and make balloons, his favorite thing at SDKPR is operating the Eurobungy.
Justin Tyre- Customer Service and Sales Specialist
Justin started with SDKPR in early 2015 after graduating San Diego State University.  An east county native, Justin worked at the YMCA in various departments before coming to us.  In our office, he processes orders, handles customer service correspondence and preps food supplies for events.  Justin enjoys planning fun youth events and talking with our clients- his love for sports is sure to help you plan a great sports themed party!
Nick Patrick- Rental and Inventory Manager/ Senior Delivery Staff
An Iowa native, Nick's passion for skateboarding brought him west to San Diego.  It is through skating that Nick met Stu and first started working at SDKPR in 2012.  Nick started on our delivery staff, and now manages our rentals and inventory.  He maintains our inventory by checking that all games have the appropriate balls, putters and bean bags, and also cleans all our rental equipment to make sure it is "shinin" for your party.  Book our Skate Simulator for your next event and maybe he can come show you some of his moves!
Steve Baldwin- Warehouse and Maintenance Manager
Steve has been with SDKPR since 2009.  He spent his first two years on the delivery staff, then started using his knowledge and expertise to fix equipment that needed repairs.  Two years ago Steve became our Warehouse and Maintenance Manager and has since learned the ins and outs of all of our equipment.  He fixes, repairs, bolts, and patches any equipment that has partied too hard.  "Stevie Baby" is our jack-of-all-trades who ensures all the rental equipment is ready to go and loaded in the right truck to get to your party. When he does get out of the warehouse, his favorite piece of equipment to operate is the Mechanical Bull.  
Tim Kerr- Senior Delivery Staff
Tim, originally from New Jersey, moved west in 2011 and started to work with SDKPR in 2012.  He started as an equipment cleaner and his natural strength and stature quickly earned him a spot on our delivery staff.  During his first delivery route, he had to set-up and host the Funhouse Castle by himself, and from then he was hooked.  Nicknamed "Forklift", Tim can lift anything and has become an integral part of delivery staff.  Next time you want to watch Big Hero 6, rent our inflatable movie screen and Tim  can come host your movie night!
Christian Oasay- Delivery Staff
Christian came to us in 2015, first as a temporary worker and soon after was asked to join our delivery staff.  He hails from Ewa Beach, Hawaii, and spent some time in Long Beach before finding San Diego. The "Hawaiian Superman" of the crew, Christian loves operating the Wipeout Challenge and watching kids jump, duck, and fall off.  He also plays the ukulele like a boss!
