Frequently Asked Questions About Renting Inflatable Dry Slides
What are your deposit and cancellation policies?
All reservations must be secured with a 50% deposit to reserve the inflatable unit, entertainment and/or rental equipment. A credit card is required for all bookings, even if it is just to be kept on file and actual payment is via cash or check. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Personal checks are only accepted for deposits made more than 14 days prior to the event, and with prior agreement we do accept company checks. All balances must be paid before the time of delivery. Cancellation fees: 8 or more days prior to your event, a $50 cancellation fee or the cost of the rental, whichever is less; 7 days to 72 hours prior, 50% of the total order amount; within 72 hours, 100% of the total order amount. These fees will be charged to the credit card on file. If weather (rain, lightning, high winds) forces a cancellation before setup, your payments can be applied to another rental period within 90 days. After setup, the rental is payable in full. For entertainment, performances shortened within 7 days of the event require 100% payment of the original duration.
What are your delivery, setup and take-down processes?
We deliver and set up each inflatable unit, food equipment, tables and chairs, and other rental items, and we make sure everything is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts. Before leaving, we review all safety and operating procedures with you, and we come back to take everything down after the party is over. Setup normally takes about 15–30 minutes, and takedown is about 30–45 minutes per unit. Water slides often require longer set-up and take-down.
How do I reserve my inflatable unit and other party rental equipment?

Do you deliver and set up your inflatables in parks?
Yes! Parks are a great place to host a party with an inflatable, and we are fully insured to cover events at parks and other public places. We deliver to most parks in the County of San Diego, and several cities list us as additionally insured. Most parks and recreation centers require a special use permit, and as the lessee it is your responsibility to have any necessary permits in place and present at the event. Confirm power is available within 100 feet of the setup site; we can provide a generator for an additional charge if power is not available.
Do you have a minimum order size for rental deliveries?
Yes. The total cost of the equipment rented must be $160 or higher in order for us to provide delivery. If your rental is under $160 in a free-delivery zone, we charge the difference between the rental cost and $160.00 as the delivery fee; in a fee-for-delivery zone, the cost is the respective delivery fee plus the difference between the rental cost and $160.00. Refer to our Delivery Zone page for a detailed list of delivery fees by zip code. Additional supplies for concession machines do not apply to the $160 rental cost.
